Wake

1.
She wears lipstick like bugs on a windshield, everything to wear, but no where to go. Nothing will stop her hate helicopter, a swift love, a new low. Are your ears burning? Breaks the tape with extreme personal danger. Armed to the teeth with her salvation maker. She's gonna live forever. She's Marsha, Queen of Diamonds. Gushing to glow, she knows she's a reason. Crystalline glow, she's six sheets to the wind. She's Marsha, Queen of Diamonds.

Uneasy does it. Every little bit in your hungry life has up and gone wrong. But there you are, standing in your Sunday best, took a rocket ride to the sun. There will always be someone to take you down. There will always be someone to get you out. Climax a bit harsh, imagining the making of a plastic love that'll last forever. Still wide awake, and can’t seem to shrug off the patron saint of disinformation. There will always be someone to take you down. There will always be someone to get you out and there will always be happy accidents.

You are here. Hang up and try again. Walk don't run, push don't pull. They say cancer cures smoking, cancer cures smoking. I write this song to take out the trash, detectors and disinfectant. The number you have dialed has been disconnected, disconnected. I'm O.K. if you're O.K. I need antibiotics. Marleen and Joe forevah. Hang up and try again. Make sure to cross the “I’s” and damn the “me's” and wave to the camera, wave to the camera. I'm feeling a little bit dirty, "quite contraire”, they say in small circles. I'm feeling a little bit feverish, like a raging car fire that everyone stops and stares, and this cough won’t go away. I'm O.K. if you're O.K. I need antibiotics.

Sue, she is my girl. “An orange dressed man,” Darren said, “is coming through the door.” Listening to jazz. Minutes go by like dragonflies on a pond, on a summer day. Green. Tease me. Watching out for god, zillions of stars in my western sky. My samurai seven saves the day. We'll go out at five and we'll sigh, “ahh...”, nor at all. A hero she might be, in an amazing Kurosawa dream, like dragonflies on a pond, on a summer day. My samurai seven saves the day.

Saturnine 02:14
Come away. Come away. Life's a pair o'dice. Can't rely. Can't rely. There's no truth only sides. Saturnine. Saturnine. You won't be here this time. Merrily, merrily gently down the stream. A rhyme without reason, 180 degrees and after-touch and after-thought about you. Saturnine. Saturnine. The bath tub is running over. Saturnine. Saturnine. I can't give way, I won't give way this time.
